Free consultation
All of the treatments that we provide have been expertly tested in-house before we offer them to our clients. There will usually be a member of staff with personal experience of a treatment who will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and discuss the results that they achieved.
During your consultation, we will discuss your expectations of the treatment and the practitioner will tell you whether or not these results are achievable. Your medical history will be taken, to ensure that there are no reasons why you shouldn't have the treatment.

What the procedure involves
The procedure is straightforward and the practitioner will use a fine needle to place small quantities of a dermal filler beneath the surface of the skin.
How dermal fillers works
Treatment smoothes wrinkles and enhances lips instantly. If you are looking to enhance your look with a completely natural substance that achieves a visible, long-lasting aesthetic result, Dermal fillers are for you.
What's more, fillers allow you flexibility. You can choose to have a single treatment, or you could have your lips treated and lines smoothed out at the same time. As fillers degrade over time, you have the freedom to do what you want, when you want.
Fillers add volume to your skin without affecting your natural expression. It is non-permanent and is absorbed naturally over time - it's your choice when to have further treatment to maintain the effect.
The products we use
The leading dermal filler substance used by most UK practitioners are hyaluronic acid based products. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in the spaces between the cells of body tissues in all animals. It has already been used widely in general medicine to help eye surgeons perform cataract operations, and for injection into arthritic joints to aid movement. It is estimated that over 30 million people around the world have been treated with some form of hyaluronic acid.
Restylane is a well known brand of hyaluronic acid that has been available in the UK for over 10 years. We use this product in conjunction with other newer brands including Hydrafill.
Restylane and Hydrafill and are all made from non-animal sources and are available in different versions each having slightly different properties tailored exactly to a specific use.
Evolence is a breakthrough in the treatment of the effects of ageing. It provides long lasting treatment for soft tissue deficiencies, especially facial lines and wrinkles.
For the first time you can choose a totally natural solution that doesn’t need costly repeat treatment every few months. Evolence is for people who care about how they look and want to bring back the structure of much younger skin for at least 12 months.
Evolence is made from one of nature’s most abundant building blocks – collagen. We have perfected a technique by which organic collagen is purified and transformed to produce a compound that is safe, natural and capable of smoothing out wrinkles for longer than has previously been possible in common biodegradable injectable treatments.
How long does the effect last for?
This depends upon the degree of correction required, your age and lifestyle as well as the correct placement of the product by a practitioner. Clinical trials indicate that Hyaluronic acid fillers are effective for six to twelve months for the treatment of wrinkles or scars and for around six to nine months for enhancing lip shape and volume. However, in practice, we have found some individuals where the effect may last much longer.
There are permanent dermal fillers available on the market, but our view is that in a small proportion of people, permanent problems can occur either due to adverse reactions, or changes to the shape of the face as you age which can make these products appear as raised areas on the skin.
Does it hurt, and what can go wrong?
Numbing cream or injections are usually given in the area requiring treatment to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. Following treatment people commonly experience some redness, swelling and tenderness at the injection site. Typically resolution is spontaneous, within one or two days after injection into the skin, and within a week after injection into the lips. Additionally, temporary palpable lumpiness has been noted after injection in some people.
